Narrow Belt Accumulator with Air (NBEZ-A)
What It Does
This pneumatic variant (hence the ‘A’ suffix) of the original, critically acclaimed, all-electric NBEZ is designed for material handling solutions that require the accumulation of products.
Pneumatic Solutions
The ingenuity of this conveyor comes from the incorporation of pneumatic actuators, driving the rollers via engagement of the pressure carriage. This all culminates in providing your facility with a conveyor solution with a high-throughput and high-density solution for your boxes and packages.
Your Convenience In Mind
What’s more, the belt of the NBEZ-A is not centered on the conveyor. What does this mean? Well, it provides those of you wishing you had more room for accessories exactly that; whether it’s space for transfers and/or diverts, the NBEZ-A can accommodate it.
All-In-One Solution
To top this all off, Hytrol have taken the hassle out of having to purchase a separate logic controller to maintain accumulation. Their patented EZLogic® zero-pressure accumulation controls come installed with every NBEZ-A conveyor.
Narrow Belt Live Roller (NBLR)
What It Does
The goal of the NBLR narrow belt live roller conveyor is simple: to transport light to medium cartons (capacity of 35lbs/ft.) with longer length runs.
Effortless Conveyance
This conveyor comes fully outfitted with an endless splice belt, which is important for several reasons:
- Reduces conveyor system wear
- Longer lifecycle
- Minimises downtime
- Seamless construction
- Noise reduction
And that’s not all, Hytrol have incorporated ABEC-1 bearings for the 1.9” diameter rollers on this conveyor.
